Listen to what others are saying about Barry and his brand new book of poems,
Yellow Sun, Blue Moon A Passionate Poetic Journey of Hope, Connection and Love:

Men who are comfortable with their feelings are few and far between. And then there those who are willing to express those feelings, in poetry no less, that are even fewer and farther apart.
Lucky for those on the North Shore, we have one such man walking among us. His name is Barry Siegel. Barry has recently completed his second collection of poetry called Yellow Sun, Blue Moon.

Whisper Love to Just One
Be still my heart,
the truth is deep inside.
Search the heart, the heart is set.
Will tomorrow bring a better today?
Pound hard my heart
when beauty lies so near
So clear. So dear.
Passions surge
as bodies urge
as lovers freely merge.
Sail smooth my heart,
time is only for so long.
Before time...want and need.
During time...no time.
After time...peaceful and grateful.
Then...much too late time.
Keep open my heart.
Welcome the new and rejoice the present
and cherish the chance from the start.
Shout Love to the masses.
Embrace love to many.
Whisper love to just one.
Heart to heart the angels fly...their journey full of grace.
Stay young at heart.
Stay well at heart.
Stay true my heart.
Barry is sometimes referred to as the Zen poet, as symbolized by the Buddha on the
cover of his first book, Echoes of the Heart. The one word describing his poetry is accessible. His writing
is raw, direct, uncensored outpouring from his heart to the page, not
constructed or consciously developed. His poems are lyrics to his heart's
songs.
